Coverage based on annual salary (1.5X) maximum=$300,000

401(k) Retirement Plan
$1.50 for $1.00 company match up to 5% of gross salary; 5 year vesting

Childcare Supplement Program
Up to $160 per month for all-day childcare and up to $80 per month for half-day/after school care with a licensed childcare provider

House Parent Respite Program
House Parents shall be provided $200 twice annually for assistance with hotel, gas, food or any other travel expense.

Wellness Program
Exercise 20 minutes per day, three days per week for 12 weeks and receive one Wellness Day

Attend 40 times per year and receive $150 at end of year
