Coordinator, Annual GivingUse SHIFT+ENTER to open the menu (new window).

Acts as a Coordinator for all Annual Giving operations to include scheduling and time management, staff coordination, data management, documentation and correspondence.  Coordinates the production of all direct marketing mail campaigns, and prepares solicitation filings for each state as required.  Assists with budget preparation and management, updates and maintains inventory, and provides ancillary support to the Annual Giving area. 

 

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age. Must possess a valid Texas driver’s license. A high school diploma or GED equivalence. A minimum of 3 years administrative assistant/coordinator experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office for Windows applications (word processing, database, spreadsheet, e-mail, presentation graphics, etc.). Ability to write and use correct English grammar, spelling, and punctuation. A minimum of 45 wpm typing speed. Proficiency in general office equipment operation.  Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills.

 

An Associate degree in a business-related field or completion of college/vocational courses in a business-related filed is preferred.
